Welcome to Solomon FX. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website solomon-fx.com (the “Site”), including any accounts, digital products, courses, subscriptions, and related services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where prohibited by law.
1. Eligibility
The Services are offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and security
You may need to create an account or sign in using third-party providers (e.g., Facebook, X/Twitter, Google). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at learn@solomon-fx.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Orders, payments, and subscriptions
3.1 Purchases
Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change. When you place an order or complete payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown, including applicable taxes and fees where required.
3.2 Recurring subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation instructions we provide (e.g., through your account or by contacting us). Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
3.3 Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, all sales are final. Our Refund & Return Policy and Service Level Agreement describe subscriptions, cancellations, and any exceptions. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of your account.
4. Educational and general information — not personalized advice
Content on the Site (including courses, signals, indicators, copy-trading references, and marketing materials) is for general education and information only. Nothing on the Site is personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument in any jurisdiction.
Trading risk. Foreign exchange and leveraged products involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
5. License to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, resell access, or use the Services to build a competing product.
6. User content and permissions
If you upload content (including images from your camera or photo gallery), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
- Introduce malware, overload systems, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Use the Services to transmit spam or unlawful material.
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with payment processors, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising and retargeting (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads, X, Pinterest), and social login providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, branding, logos, text, graphics, videos, software, and other materials are owned by Solomon FX or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not use our marks or materials without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
Our Disclaimer further explains the informational nature of trading and education content. In case of conflict between a summary on the Site and these Terms, these Terms control for contractual matters unless stated otherwise.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLOMON FX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solomon FX and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, you agree that exclusive venue for disputes shall be the courts of Makati City, Philippines, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
15. Electronic communications and marketing
You consent to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., email, notices on the Site). If you opt in to newsletters or promotional emails, we will send them in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the instructions in those messages.
