Comment & User Content Policy

This policy applies if we enable comments, forums, reviews, chat, or other user-generated content (“UGC”) on solomon-fx.com or related channels. It supplements our Terms & Conditions.

1. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you post. You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it complies with this policy and applicable law.

2. Prohibited content

You must not post content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, or discriminatory;
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Contains malware, spam, unsolicited advertising, or pyramid schemes;
• Includes personal data of others without consent;
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or exploits minors;
• Misleads others about your identity or affiliation with Solomon FX;
• Constitutes personalized investment advice or coordinated market manipulation.

3. Moderation

We may—but are not obligated to—review, edit, remove, or refuse to display UGC. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or the Terms. Enforcement may be automated or manual and may not be consistent in every case.

4. No endorsement

UGC reflects the views of the poster, not Solomon FX. We do not endorse UGC and are not liable for opinions, advice, or links posted by users.

5. Reporting

To report abuse, email learn@solomon-fx.com with a link or description of the content and why it violates this policy.

6. License to us

By posting UGC, you grant Solomon FX a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the feature, as further described in our Terms.
