Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) applies to subscription or ongoing access services offered by Solomon FX through solomon-fx.com (the “Services”). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

1. Service description

We provide digital services as described on the applicable product or plan page (e.g., course access, software features, signals, or member areas). Features may evolve; we may add, modify, or retire non-material functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Availability

We target commercially reasonable availability of the Services, excluding:

  • Scheduled maintenance we announce in advance when reasonable;
  • Emergency maintenance or security incidents;
  • Failures of third parties (hosting, DNS, payment networks, internet providers);
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure);
  • Your misuse, equipment, or connectivity issues.

Unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise, we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage and do not issue service credits solely for downtime.

3. Support

Support channels, languages, and target response times (if any) are described on the Site or in your order confirmation. We aim to respond to good-faith requests within a reasonable time during business hours (Philippines time) but do not guarantee a specific resolution time.

4. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for renewal amounts at the then-current rate (we will notify you of material price increases where required by law).

How to cancel: Use the account or subscription management tools on the Site where available, or email learn@solomon-fx.com with your account email and subscription name. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund current period fees except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy or applicable law.

5. Beta or preview features

Features labeled beta, preview, or experimental are provided as-is, may be unstable, and may be withdrawn without notice.

6. Changes to this SLA

We may update this SLA by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional steps.
